| 1998-04-26 Inquiring about my grandfather, Karl Viktor Anderson, born 1883 16/8 in Ludvika, Dalarna, Sweden. In 1911 he left his wife Sigrid Margareta Engborg and 3 childrenand emigrated to USA. The family was living in Falun, Sweden, before his emigration. He is known to have taken the boat on 18. of May 1911, from GothenburgSweden. After several years there was a letter from him, probably in the late 30ies, from Chicago. At that time he was working as some kind of engineer or technicianin Chicago (?). After that we know nothing about him.
